Chief Executive Officer, holds a Masters in Public Administration from Harvard University, USA, Diploma in Commercial Policy from GATT, Geneva and B.A (Hons) in International Relations from University of Malaya. She is a Hubert Humphrey Fellow from American University, USA. Prior to her appointment as CEO of MREPC, she was the Deputy Secretary General I of the Ministry of Plantation Industries and Commodities. She has more than 30 years of working experience in Treasury, INTAN and Ministry of Primary Industries, Malaysia.

Dr. Abdul Kadir Mohamed,
Deputy Chief Executive Officer, holds a Ph.D in Materials from University of London, UK, BE in Chemical Engineering and Diploma in Computer Science both from University of Adelaide, Australia. He has over 30 years' of experience in the rubber industry, which were mostly spent with the Rubber Research Institute of Malaysia and Sime Darby. He was the first Asian, outside of Japan, to be appointed as Chairman of the Technical Committee of ISO on Rubber and Rubber Products (TC45). He served in this capacity from 1996 to 2005

Director - Marketing & Development, received her Master in Business Administration (MBA) from University of Malaya in 1995 and B.A (Hons) in Geography from the same university in 1980. Prior to joining MREPC in 2005, she had more than 20 years of working experience with the government in the Ministry of Plantation Industries and Commodities, Ministry of Transport, Hospital Kuala Lumpur and Ministry of Health.

He has more than 13 years of working experience in the field of marketing and business development with Lafarge and Aldes Group of France.

Deputy Director - Marketing & Development, graduated from University of Malaya with a Masters of Business Administration specializing in International Business and Marketing. He has more than 10 years of experience in branding, advertising, sales promotion, public relations, event management and retailing exercise for both local and international brands.

Dr Chew Cheng Sim,
Director- Industry Relations & Public Affairs, holds a PhD in Economics from Southern Illinois University, USA after completing a double degree in Computer Science and Economics from the same university. He is very familiar with the rubber industry, having worked as a researcher in Malaysian Rubber Board dealing with empirical, techno-economics and social economic research in the upstream and downstream sectors of the rubber industry.

He has also received a professional training certificate in Managing Projects for Results from Waseda University, Japan. Prior to joining MREPC, he has more than 10 years of experience in education, research, marketing and business development in both public and private sectors.
